記録はどこに保存されますか？
食事・水分・睡眠の記録はiPhone内に保存されます。運営者のサーバーには送信しません。
記録を削除するには？
個別の記録は履歴画面から削除できます。まとめて削除する場合は、設定画面の「全記録と設定を削除」を使います。
アプリを削除するとどうなりますか？
復元可能なiPhoneバックアップがない限り、端末内の記録は失われます。
購入したスキンを復元できますか？
ストア画面の「購入済みスキンを復元」から、同じApple Accountで購入した非消費型スキンを復元できます。
医療や栄養の助言を受けられますか？
Life barは生活記録を楽しむためのウェルネスアプリです。医療上の診断、治療、栄養摂取量の判断または助言は行いません。

Where are my logs stored?
Food, water, and sleep logs are stored on your iPhone and are not sent to our servers.
How do I delete logs?
Delete individual entries from History, or use “Delete all records and settings” in Settings.
What happens if I delete the app?
Your on-device logs will be lost unless you have a restorable iPhone backup.
Can I restore purchased skins?
Use “Restore Purchased Skins” in the Store to restore non-consumable skins bought with the same Apple Account.
Does Life bar provide medical advice?
No. Life bar is a wellness logging app and does not provide medical or nutritional diagnosis, treatment, decisions, or advice.
