1. 本アプリについて
GALL（以下「運営者」）は、iPhone向けアプリ「Life bar」（以下「本アプリ」）を提供します。本アプリは、食事・水分・睡眠をゲーム感覚で記録するウェルネスアプリであり、医療上の診断、治療、判断または助言を行うものではありません。
2. 端末内に保存する情報
本アプリは、次の情報を利用者のiPhone内のデータベースに保存します。
- 食事、水分、睡眠の記録
- 生活スタイルおよび個人目標
- 表示言語、音量などのアプリ設定
- 購入・装備したスキン
初版では、これらの健康・生活記録を運営者のサーバーへ送信しません。
3. App Storeでの購入
スキンは非消費型のアプリ内課金として提供し、決済はAppleのApp Storeが処理します。購入済みスキンは、同じApple Accountの購入履歴から復元できます。運営者はクレジットカード番号等の支払情報を取得しません。Appleによる情報の取扱いには、Appleのプライバシーポリシーおよび利用条件が適用されます。
4. 広告・分析・追跡
初版の本アプリは、広告SDK、第三者分析SDK、利用者を他社のアプリやWebサイトを横断して追跡する機能を使用しません。
5. データの削除と保持
個別の記録は履歴画面から削除できます。設定画面の「全記録と設定を削除」では、誤消去防止のため購入済みスキンを除き、食事・水分・睡眠の記録、カスタム目標および設定を削除します。端末内の全データを削除する場合は、本アプリをiPhoneから削除してください。iCloudバックアップを有効にしている場合、iOSのバックアップに含まれることがあります。
6. 第三者提供
運営者は、法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者の健康・生活記録を取得、販売または第三者へ提供しません。
7. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリはKidsカテゴリ向けとして提供するものではなく、氏名、年齢、連絡先を入力させる機能はありません。
8. 本ポリシーの変更
機能や情報の取扱いを変更した場合、本ページおよびApp Store Connect上のプライバシー回答を更新します。重要な変更は、本ページまたは本アプリ内でお知らせします。

1. About Life bar
GALL (“we”) provides Life bar, an iPhone wellness app for playfully logging food, water, and sleep. Life bar does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, decisions, or advice.
2. Information stored on your device
The app stores food, water, and sleep logs; lifestyle and personal goals; app settings; and purchased or equipped cosmetics in a database on your iPhone. In the initial release, we do not transmit your health or lifestyle logs to our servers.
3. App Store purchases
Skins are offered as non-consumable in-app purchases, and Apple processes payment through the App Store. Purchased skins can be restored from the purchase history of the same Apple Account. We do not receive your payment card details. Apple’s privacy policy and terms apply to Apple’s handling of purchase information.
4. Advertising, analytics, and tracking
The initial release does not include advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, or cross-app and cross-website tracking.
5. Deletion and retention
You can delete individual logs from History. “Delete all records and settings” removes logs, custom goals, and settings while retaining purchased cosmetics to prevent accidental loss. Delete the app from your iPhone to remove all on-device app data. Data may be included in iOS backups when iCloud Backup is enabled.
6. Sharing
Except where required by law, we do not obtain, sell, or share your health or lifestyle logs with third parties.
7. Children
Life bar is not offered as a Kids Category app and does not ask users to enter their name, age, or contact details.
8. Changes
If the app’s features or data practices change, we will update this page and our App Store Connect privacy responses. Material changes will be announced on this page or in the app.
